Insurance minimums are referenced against FMCSA baselines at the carrier packet — commercial auto liability plus cargo.
🗺️ Dispatch in motion
A clear route and a clean paperwork chain keep the load moving from booking to payout.
📍 Lane coverage

The paperwork close
Rate Con, POD, and invoice details line up before the file leaves the desk.
Role & boundary
The boundary is the first thing we write into the carrier packet. We do not present ourselves as anything we are not — and we keep our desk clear of the regulated roles below so the carrier and the lease remain the parties of record.
What we are
What we are not
We do not hold operating authority for hire on a carrier’s MC — except under the MC Lease addendum, where authority is leased to the carrier under our MC and written into the addendum.
FMCSA-aware operations
Our desk is aware of FMCSA baselines. We reference insurance minimums, revisit authority at renewal, and document the regulated roles on the carrier packet — without ever putting ourselves in front of the regulator.

Authority status is revisited at every renewal, not assumed from the original onboarding paperwork.
Safety posture is documented, not fudged — the carrier and the lease addendum are the regulated entities, and we keep our desk clear of safety-sensitive functions.
IFTA filings, plates, and authority staying current under the lease carrier (Global Agile) is part of the paperwork we coordinate, not part of a safety role we play.
We are not a safety-sensitive function ourselves; the carrier and the lease remain the regulated entities. Our role is paperwork — the regulator stays with whoever holds authority on the load.
Broker-of-record
The broker of record is the entity named on the Rate Con that booked the load. We do not sign as broker on the broker contract, we do not present ourselves as the shipper, and the broker contract stays with the broker — written into how we route every booking.

We do not sign as broker on the broker contract — that contract stays with the broker.
We do not present ourselves as the shipper on the Rate Con.
We book on your behalf against your operating profile and document the chain in the carrier packet.
Every booking carries the broker name on the Rate Con, the chain of broker comms in the carrier file, and a confirmation that Global Agile is not signing as broker on the broker contract. The chain travels with the load — visible to the carrier, the factor, and whoever reviews the packet after the fact.
Factoring
The factor is the carrier’s counterparty — not Global Agile’s. The payout, fee schedule, reserve, and terms live between the carrier and the factor. We bundle and send the paperwork at invoice cut; we are a coordinator, not the factor and not a co-obligor on the factoring agreement.
What we do — and don’t
Payment liability
The carrier’s recourse for non-payment sits with the broker of record on the Rate Con and with the factor per the factoring letter of agreement. Global Agile’s fee is on gross per load and unaffected by settlement timing — and is never dependent on broker payment landing.
Payment liability sits with the broker of record named on the Rate Con.
Settlement flows through factoring per the factoring letter of agreement signed at onboarding.
Global Agile is not liable for broker non-payment — the carrier’s recourse is against the broker on the Rate Con and against the factor per their agreement.
Our fee is on gross per load and is unaffected by settlement timing, factoring reserve, or broker pay terms.
Disclaimer
The descriptions on this page are summaries of how Global Agile Services LLC operates with carriers, brokers, and factoring partners. The written service agreement and any lease addendum controls in every case — including payments, authority, liability, and the term of any paperwork.
Global Agile Services LLC is a dispatch and administrative-services provider. We are not a freight broker. We are not a motor carrier. We do not hold ourselves out as either. The carrier and the lease remain the regulated entities under FMCSA, and the broker of record on the Rate Con is the contracting party on the broker contract.
Any figure, fee, percentage, timeline, or process described on this page is illustrative — the exact number, scope, and documentation is in the agreement and the lease addendum, and reconfirmed against the carrier packet at onboarding and on every renewal.
A compliance question
One email reaches a person. The reply includes the written service agreement, the lease addendum (if applicable), and a line-by-line on whatever the question is about — before any paperwork moves.
